Dividend Update

Dividend policy was updated: a dividend of £0.108 per share is approved for the interim period, payable 14 September to shareholders on record 7 August, up from £0.095 per share the previous year. Despite the lower H1 profit, Inchcape expects adjusted EPS growth of more than 10 % for 2026, aligning with its medium‑term guidance. The company’s strategic portfolio management continues to involve exits of contracts that no longer align with market dynamics, aiming to strengthen its global development and financial performance.
