Enrollment Approvals

AgomAb expects to enroll up to 320 patients globally in the trial, with participants being randomized to receive ontunisertib at one of three dose levels or a matching placebo. The company has submitted the design to the FDA and has received Central Institutional Review Board (IRB) clearance in the U.S., as well as approval from Health Canada.
