Green Loan Secured

Text body: Cadeler (CDLR) has secured a 247 million euro ($282 million) senior secured green term loan facility to partly fund the construction of its offshore wind installation vessel, Wind Apex, the company said Monday. The 12‑year loan, backed by Denmark's Export and Investment Fund, will help finance Cadeler's third A-class newbuild vessel, which is scheduled for delivery in Q2 2027, according to the company. Cadeler said the financing is classified as green under its Green Finance Framework.
