HPC Expansion

Strategic partnerships reinforce the company’s scale plans. TeraWulf signed an $8.7 billion, 10‑year lease with Fluidstack, and the two firms will jointly develop a 168‑MW HPC facility in Texas. These commitments position the firm to grow from 22.5 MW of energized HPC capacity to nearly 600 MW in the 2026‑2027 window, meeting the projected demand for AI compute.
