New Board Members

Advantage Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: ADV) announced that Thomas Turner and Xiaofeng “Frank” Yao have joined its Board of Directors, following the departure of Cameron Breitner and Adam Nebesar. Turner brings expertise in leveraged finance and capital markets from senior roles at CVC Capital Partners, Apollo Global Management, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Yao, formerly with Bain Capital Private Equity, Bain & Company, and Oliver Wyman, is known for leading commercial transformation at scale. Their appointments are intended to sharpen Advantage’s strategic focus and accelerate sales growth across the consumer goods ecosystem.
