New CEO Appointment

Rayonier Advanced Materials’ Board appointed Daniel Krawczyk as chief executive officer and president, effective immediately. Krawczyk, formerly president of Huber Engineered Materials, will also join the board and oversee the company’s operations while working with directors and external advisors in the ongoing review of strategic alternatives. The Board, assisted by Morgan Stanley, is evaluating options to maximize shareholder value. The company’s stock closed at $8.26, down 0.79, an 8.73 % decline.
