Philips Q2 Performance

Philips reported Q2 2026 revenue of €4.4 billion, a 0.9 % year‑over‑year increase and 4 % comparable sales growth, driven by all segments. Net income rose to €386 million from €240 million last year and earnings per share climbed to €0.40 from €0.25. Adjusted EBITA reached €717 million, 16.4 % of sales, up from 12.4 % previously; the uplift included a US tariff refund benefit of approximately 4.2 % of the margin, amounting to about $158 million in cash receipts. Underlying adjusted EBITA excluding the refund was 12.2 %. Operating cash flow was €376 million and free cash flow €222 million, with a revised free‑cash‑flow outlook of €1.5 billion‑€1.7 billion that now incorporates the tariff refund.
