DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG announced that its principal shareholders, AEPF III 15 Sarl and Wecken & Cie., have launched a structured process to evaluate the sale of their combined approximately 90 % stake in the company. The move is aimed at securing a new anchor investor with both financial strength and strategic contribution capabilities, thereby providing a fresh impetus for DEMIRE’s growth. The initiative follows years of portfolio adjustments, stabilization measures, and financial restructuring guided by the shareholders, which have positioned the company on a solid foundation for future development.
