Uniper Solar Deal

Uniper has secured a significant renewable energy deal with Respect Energy, signing a six‑year agreement to purchase 100 % of the power generated from four Uniper photovoltaic projects in Poland. The combined capacity of these projects is 219 MWp. This agreement aligns with Uniper’s broader strategy to expand its renewables business, following an investment decision made in December 2025 to develop five solar projects in Poland and the UK. The Polish solar projects are expected to directly contribute to decarbonizing the national energy system.
